At Mari Kali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Mari Kali account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until we confirm your refund has been processed.
